Club Ambassador Cup

The Western Sydney Wanderers are excited to announce the inaugural Club Ambassador Cup, a pre-season tournament designed to elevate and embrace the grassroots football spirit within the Western Sydney community.

This initiative emphasizes our commitment to grassroots football, providing a platform for local talent to showcase their skills and have fun.

Tournament Outline

Dates:

U8’s and U10’s – Saturday 17 February, 2024

U12’s Boys and Girls – Saturday 24 February, 2024

U14’s Boys and Girls – Sunday 3 March, 2024

U16’s Boys and Girls – Sunday 10 March, 2024

Finals for ALL Ages – Saturday 16 March, 2024

 

Location: Wanderers Fives, Football Drive, Rooty Hill

Times: Games will be played from 9 AM – 5 PM each day, with teams receiving the draw closer to the date.

Team Details: Grassroot Clubs can enter as many teams in each age group, with each registered team having a maximum of 10 (ten) players.

Match Details: Teams will play a minimum of four (4) 30 minute matches across the day.

There are some great benefit for taking part in our Club Ambassador Cup, including:

  • All games will be hosted at Wanderers Football Park — the training ground for the Isuzu UTE A-League Men, Liberty A-League Women, and Wanderers Academy

How Much Does It Cost?

The registration cost of the Club Ambassador Cup 2024 is below:

One (1) team: $250

Two (2) teams: $200

Three (3) or more teams: $150

Club Managers are required to enroll their team online and send a completed registration form of all players one (1) week prior to the commencement of the Tournament.

If registering multiple teams from one club, each team must be registered separately using the form below.

Teams can register with a minimum of five (5) participants and maximum of ten (10) participants

Where will it be held?

All matches will be played at the Wanderers Fives

How many games will we play? 

All teams will play a minimum of four (4) games each in the group stages. The division will not go ahead if this is not achieved.

Can my child play up a division? 

Yes, however this must be discussed with your Club Manager
