Wandercrew
The Western Sydney Wanderers are calling on dedicated, hardworking fans and students who are available to assist in the operations at our Isuzu UTE A-League Men and Liberty A-League Women match days played across season 2023/24.
The Wandercrew was developed in 2012/13 to ensure our Red & Black members and fans have the best possible experience at home matches whilst offering assistance to key Wanderers match day departments.
Since its inception, the Wandercrew has continued to grow with more than 80 volunteers now supporting the Western Sydney Wanderers.
We are looking to create a bigger Wandercrew for the 2023/24 season.
For students currently studying sports management, this is the perfect opportunity to gain some valuable industry experience.

What we are looking for
A Wandercrew volunteer possesses the following qualities:
- A positive personality
- A can-do attitude
- A solid work ethic
- The ability to work within a group setting towards a common goal
- A passion for the Western Sydney Wanderers
- An interest in developing the best live sport experience in Sydney
All volunteers must also hold a valid Working with Children’s Check.
