Hosted at the newly built Wanderers Fives, the program has been designed and will be delivered by experienced Academy coaches with a focus on high-intensity training and healthy living.
There are some great benefits for taking part in the Wanderers Football Boot Camp including:
- A three week program focused on encouraging participants over the age of 16 to improve physical health and wellbeing through a series of weekly education and exercise sessions
- A tailored training program, which includes functional training, cardio and exercises with football at its core
- Participation in a program tailored towards an active lifestyle in an outdoor environment
- Sessions run by qualified and well experienced coaches who are well versed in adapting to the various needs of participation
The Wanderers Football Boot Camp will be run through the month of January, with two sessions a week, hosted on every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7:30 PM*.
